Chimps are fond of Scottish gins. Och there’s noo messin’ with a proper Highland gin – and this one defiantly doesn’t get lost in the tonic like some other gins we have tasted recently.
This particular gin is a little bit foxy – as can be seen on the bottle. This got Sweep’s hackles up a little, so he has hidden away, but he will be back before too long we are sure. we just need to cook some sausages and he should reappear…..
In fact, we can recommend food-pairing this gin with a sausage sandwich – like every gin we recommend.
