Hello again. After a long hibernation to rest our weary minds and livers, the Chimps are back together by the sea. We also have our tasting hats on (as well as our quaffing fur and tippling pants.)
The first gin to get our tastebuds tingling this summer is Turncoat Cascade Gin, apparently “Made In Liverpool”.
Here is what the bottle has to say for itself:
The Chimps are wondering what has been redacted. We like that. The word “redacted” that is. A little bit more than the gin.

Needs to try harder – more Ringo (or maybe even Gerry Marsden) than John and Paul. Or Andy Carroll rather than Ian Rush. That’s enough Scouse references for now – we need a drink.
